What happens next?
We look forward to hearing your views on what is being proposed.
We are currently working up the detailed plans for the proposed development, informed by the views of residents, key stakeholders, and officers at both LB Hounslow and the Greater London Authority, as well as by the technical input from our consultant team.
We will then submit a planning application for permission and listed building consent. After our application has been submitted and validated, the Council will undertake its own statutory consultation with residents and other specialist consultees, before deciding on our planning application.
When will this be built?
If the planning application is successful, we want to get on site and start building as soon as we can, in 2024 or 2025. The construction process is likely to take around 15 – 18 months and the new film studios could be open in 2026.
How will we use your data?
Your enquiries and comments will be analysed by WSP. Copies of comments may be made available to the relevant planning authority so it can note your comments. No personal details will shared publicly. Your personal details will be held securely by WSP in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, will be used solely in connection with this project, and any subsequent planning applications and, will not be passed to any third parties. WSP will only keep your personal details until potential planning permission for this application has been implemented.
